Weigh in Thursday

So many weight problems this week and weighing so up and down all the time, so this week I have gained 2 & lost 1, so mre water, cutting the protein by half upping the fats and green veges. I'm also adding wheat bran and a dessert spoon of oatbran as I dont think am eating enough carbs, its very difficult getting the balance right but i know also that I am eating correctly, also I am doing my exercise vid later. forgot to measure ths week but will do it next week as thats the end of the month.
so 199 was on the scales this morning.
