Just get into Dukan and my main ingredient runs out, typical. never mind, have decided to carry on with IPD for now. I know I know, *rolls eyes* but I have been loking over my diary and i shouldnt have stopped, I was loosing inches, not lbs and at the time it really pissed me off, now I wish I had carried on, it had to come off sooner or later. I find the way of eating really easy , no ingredients are hard to find either.
So day one, scrambled eggs & smoked salmon & a dash of cream for breakfast yum, it was late so not having lunch yet, probably a wee plate of pate/sausage & ham or cheese maybe, as we have roast beef for dinner with a wee bit of squash and turnip, and broccoli caffeine free coffee & water
