Trying not to read too much into this but I was 201 this morning, pissed off of course, I always gain when I swap diets. So hope in the next couple of days It all comes floating off. I have been really good too. I need to drink more water today though, havent had any - naughty, but will right now.
Breakfast today was a mushroom omelette. Lunch dont know yet, dinner beef I think with a portobello mushroom and a creamy sauce. or may be some horseradsh.
Oh yes I measured myself this morning too
I wll measure again on Thursday then every Thursday when I weigh in

hips 46 now 44 lost 2.0
total lost 11.5 inches
Not too much damage then. Right on with it then, it will hope fully come off soon

Great
Just get into Dukan and my main ingredient runs out, typical. never mind, have decided to carry on with IPD for now. I know I know, *rolls eyes* but I have been loking over my diary and i shouldnt have stopped, I was loosing inches, not lbs and at the time it really pissed me off, now I wish I had carried on, it had to come off sooner or later. I find the way of eating really easy , no ingredients are hard to find either.
So day one, scrambled eggs & smoked salmon & a dash of cream for breakfast yum, it was late so not having lunch yet, probably a wee plate of pate/sausage & ham or cheese maybe, as we have roast beef for dinner with a wee bit of squash and turnip, and broccoli caffeine free coffee & water

forgot I had written in this
OOps, ah well, I should have updated, I weigh on a Thursday and have lost 7lbs,so I'm 197lbs now. So since I last wrote, thats 1/2 a stone, hooray. Just looking at bus tickets to Manchester, I am going to see my Nana in April with Emma, £34 return, not bad. so need to loose as much as I can in 3 months :/ wish me luck, I want to book the tickets soon so that it gives me more of a boost to loose the fat stuff

This really is THE year I lose weight
ok weigh in 204.6 yawn. I am starting the Dukan diet on Thursday, reason Thursday is the day is because I can go and get my wheat/oat bran etc, so there we go.
Today I am hungover, but I dont feel bad, I a sipping diet lemonade & eating doritos
